The inaugural general assembly for the Rogue Scholar non-profit that will govern the science blog archive will take place on December 16, either virtually or in person at the Einstein Center Digital Future (ECDF) in Berlin.

The main purpose of the General Assembly will be to approve the bylaws and elect officers, both needed by German law to start a non-profit. The registration form and agenda will follow in the next two weeks, but I want to give people to plan in advance, in particular so close to the holidays. There will be time to discuss topics of general interest to the science blogging community, and I look forward to topic suggestions.
